ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Regional Health has been recognized among America’s Greatest Workplaces for Culture, Belonging and Community 2026, an honor awarded by Newsweek in collaboration with Plant-A Insights Group.
This national recognition highlights organizations that foster inclusive, supportive workplace cultures where employees feel valued, connected, and engaged. The designation is based on one of the largest independent workplace studies in the country, drawing on millions of employee reviews and extensive third-party analysis.
“At Rochester Regional Health, culture is not a program. It is how we show up for one another and for the communities we serve,” said Charlene Wilson, EVP, Chief People Officer at Rochester Regional Health. “This recognition reflects the dedication of our teams and their commitment to building a workplace grounded in respect, belonging, and shared purpose.”
The America’s Best Workplaces for Culture, Belonging and Community designation evaluates organizations on factors including corporate culture, inclusion, community engagement, and employee experience. Companies cannot apply or pay to participate, ensuring the integrity and independence of the rankings.
This recognition reinforces Rochester Regional Health’s ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where every team member can thrive while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
