ROCHESTER LILAC FESTIVAL RELEASES FULL MUSIC LINEUP

ROCHESTER, N.Y., – Building on the excitement of the nationally touring headliners and direct support performers announced on February 24, the Rochester Lilac Festival today unveiled the full slate of regional and community artists who will take the KeyBank Center Stage during the 128th Rochester Lilac Festival from Friday, May 8, through Sunday, May 17.

Festivalgoers can experience nearly 60 performers on the KeyBank Center Stage, including 35 regional supporting performers showcasing their unique original music and 15 sets performed by our community youth from regional educational institutions. Each day, the KeyBank CenterStage showcases a unique musical range, so every visit is a new experience. A full lineup for each day can be accessed here and at www.roclilacfest.com

“It was incredibly important to us that the KeyBank Center Stage truly reflect the depth and diversity of talent across our region,” said Dave Drago, Talent Director for the Rochester Lilac Festival. “The national touring headliners we have lined up are phenomenal, but our local and regional artists draw real crowds of their own — and they deliver. That’s what makes the Lilac Festival so unique: it’s about discovery, community, and giving Rochester’s music scene the spotlight it deserves.”

Beyond the nearly 60 KeyBank Center Stage performances, guests can enjoy children’s programming at the Bach to Rock Stage and live buskers woven throughout the gardens, creating a soundtrack for the park in full bloom.

“The Rochester Lilac Festival perfectly combines the Flower City’s rich history, vibrant parks, and amazing music,” said Rochester Mayor Malik D. Evans. “I look forward to another year of world-class artists and musicians that will capture the inclusive spirit of the Lilac Festival. Like Rochester itself, this lineup offers something for everyone.”

“We are proud to once again partner with the City of Rochester and Monroe County in support of this year’s Rochester Lilac Festival,” said KeyBank Rochester Market President Vince Lecce. “Like so many others, this is an event I look forward to each year as a joyful way to welcome spring and as a tradition that brings our community together to celebrate the beauty, creativity, and spirit of Rochester.”
