RG&E Holds Customer Community Connection Events in Rochester this Month
Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will hold Customer Community Connection events in the Rochester area in the month of May. The first event is scheduled for Saturday, May 11 at St. Michael’s Church for the Rochester Hope event. A second event is scheduled at the Community Action Month Celebration and Community Resource event on May 18, featuring free food, live performances and games.
These events offer customers more opportunities to connect directly with customer service representatives. They will also offer resources and services to benefit the community. Customers will have opportunities to ask questions and address their billing needs. The Company will also have energy efficiency kits available, while supplies last, and information to help customers manage their energy use.

Saturday, May 11; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Rochester Hope: St. Michael’s Church 859 N. Clinton Ave., Rochester
Saturday, May 18; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ABC’s Community Action Month Celebration Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park 353 Court Street., Rochester
These events are part of our continued efforts to improve customer service. RG&E remains committed to the communities it serves. The Company will continue to have a direct presence in the community, working with local organizations to provide access to its programs and assistance for customers.
