Renovations, Episcopal Church Home




LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors/vendors for The Episcopal Church Home Renovation project.   Scope of work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, masonry, interior fit-out and finish systems, millwork, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, electrical systems, and sitework, etc. as indicated on the documents. MWBE SDVOB Goal: 30%. There is a Pre-Bid Kick off meeting and walk-through on March 27th, 2-3:30pm at 505 Mt Hope Ave. Bids are due on April 5th, 2024 by 3 p.m. Plans and specifications are available through Building Connected.
