Park Square II

Conifer-LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking certified and qualified NYS certified M/WBE, SDVOB & SECTION 3 subcontractor and supplier firms to participate in the bidding process for the Park Square II Project in Rochester, NY. 

The site is located on E. Broad Street, Rochester, NY 14607. We are requesting pricing on the complete scope of work for a new 4-story wood-framed apartment building, containing a total of 40 units totaling approximately 55,000 SF.

The project also includes, within the same block, the renovation of a 21-story, reinforced concrete apartment building, containing a total of 200 units totaling approximately 200,000 SF.

All relevant scopes are included.
