REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS


Manchester Active Transportation Plan


On behalf of Ontario County, the Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Manchester Active Transportation Plan. The purpose of this project is to design an active transportation plan that will establish a coordinated, data-informed, and community-driven strategy to improve walking, bicycling, and other forms of non-motorized transportation across the Town of Manchester, the Villages of Manchester, Shortsville, and Clifton Springs, and the Hamlet of Port Gibson.


Proposals are due on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
