MWBE Bid Opportunity - LeChase Construction

LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors who can provide a commercially useful function for the OGS Testing Laboratory, Building 14 DOT Region 1 Project. The scope of work includes but is not limited to cast-in-place concrete, structural and miscellaneous steel, masonry, metal wall panels, roofing, storefronts/curtainwalls, glass/glazing, doors and hardware, coatings and painting, signage, specialties, lab equipment and casework, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, geothermal, electrical (audio video, data/communications, access control, fire alarm etc.), sitework, asphalt paving, curbing and sidewalks, and landscaping as indicated on the documents. This project has a project labor agreement associated with it please review the project labor agreement requirements in the project manual.

 

MBE Goal: 15%, WBE 15%, SDVOB: 6.5%
