Town of Binghamton (Broome County) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Grant Administration and Program Delivery Services for their recently awarded FY 2025 NYS Community development Block Grant for Housing Rehabilitation. M/WBE and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond.
