LeChase Construction Services, LLC, Auburn Community Hospital

LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer, is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE subcontractors/vendors for Construction of a 4-story, 18,833SF addition/renovation to the existing hospital. Space will consist of operating rooms, new stair & elevator tower, and mechanical penthouse. The tentative schedule is December 2024 through April 2026 completion date.  MBE 15% WBE 15% SDVOB 6%. There is a Pre-Bid Kick off meeting and walk-through on October 30th, 2024 @ 10:00AM – 12:00PM at Auburn Community Hospital, Bids are due on November 15th 2024, by 12:00 PM.
