What: Jordan Health will hold its annual Front Porch Festival and Health Fair to celebrate National Community Health Center’s Week. Jordan will provide health screenings, free haircuts and braiding styles for children, free backpacks, free food, entertainment, and giveaways to the community. The goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle….The Jordan Health Way! This year’s festival is partially sponsored by Monroe County and Neighbors in Action.
Who: Dr. Fredrick Johnson (Interim President and CEO) will be joined by Rochester’s Mayor Malik Evans, Sen. Samara Brouk, Sen. Jeremy Cooney, City Councilman Michael Patterson, staff, patients, neighbors and community partners
