Hudson Ave Gun Arrest

Rochester, NY - Around 3:30pm, yesterday afternoon, the United States Marshal’s Task Force was conducting a follow up investigation in the 700 block of Hudson Avenue. Task Force members and Clinton Section Officers attempted to stop two males, who immediately ran. 18-year old Lamar Nubin was safely apprehended and found to have a 9mm “Ghost Gun”, which was loaded with nine rounds, in his jacket pocket. While checking the area for the second suspect, Officers located a 9mm Taurus handgun, which was loaded with 12 rounds.

Nubin was transported to the Monroe County Jail and the investigation continues into the identity and apprehension of the second suspect.

Lamar Nubin, age 18, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree.
