Grand Opening of Center City Courtyard in Downtown Rochester, NY

Rochester, NY – September 3, 2025 – CSD Housing and HELP Development Corp are proud to announce the grand opening of Center City Courtyard, a brand-new, mixed-use residential development in downtown Rochester. The celebration will take place on September 17, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 99 W. Main Street, Rochester, NY.


Guests are invited to join facility tours from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM, followed by the official program, which begins at 3:00 PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the facility, meet the project partners, and celebrate this milestone in Rochester’s urban revitalization.


Project Highlights:


• 161 New Units: Modern, affordable, and supportive apartments designed to meet the

needs of Rochester residents.

• Supportive Housing: 80 of the 161 units are designated as Supportive Housing, funded

by the Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI).

• Amenities: The project features a welcoming courtyard, resident lounges, a fitness

center, and office spaces for supportive service providers.

• Service Partners: Helio Health, Eagle Star Housing, and the Urban League of Rochester

will provide on-site services to residents, ensuring access to resources that promote

stability and well-being.


“Center City Courtyard is more than a building; it’s a community,” said Whitney McClary,

Development Director of CSD Housing. “This development will provide safe, affordable

housing with the supportive services residents need to thrive, while also contributing to the

vitality of downtown Rochester.”
