Fourth Annual Oktoberfest at the Public Market

Rochester, NY - The fourth annual Oktoberfest will be held at Rochester’s Public Market, 280 N. Union St. on Friday, Sept. 18, from 5 to 9 p.m.

Oktoberfest is a free, family-friendly celebration of the German tradition of welcoming autumn with food, music, and beer. Attendees are invited to sample a wide selection of German beers, lagers, and wines, as well as homemade German specialties.

Krazy Firemen, an eight-piece big band, will treat guests to traditional, authentic German music, and the German Federation will offer entertainment for all ages. Attendees can also sign up for a national stein-holding competition.
