ESL Will Host Ribbon Cutting for New Bull’s Head Branch in City of Rochester

WHAT: ESL will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of its new branch in the Bull’s Head neighborhood. The event will include ESL senior management, dignitaries, community members, and a special unveiling of a community mural designed by local artist Shawn Dunwoody. The Bull’s Head Office is the third new branch build that ESL committed to building in the City of Rochester to help improve access to financial resources for city residents and businesses.
