Criminal Mischief Arrest:

On May 25, 2025, Officers responded to the Armory, 145 Culver Road, for the report of vehicles broken into. Officers located three vehicles with broken windows and learned the suspect was operating a stolen Kia. A follow up investigation by Officers identified the suspect as 18-year old Kamari Williams, a Town of Gates resident. Yesterday, Officers took Williams into custody at CAP Court, where he was being arraigned on charges from other jurisdictions, and transported him to the Monroe County Jail.


Kamari Williams, age 18, is charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree (E Felony), Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree (E Felony), Petit Larceny (A Misdemeanor), and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (A Misdemeanor).


He was arraigned this morning in Rochester City Court and released on non-monetary conditions.
