The 2020 Bull’s Head Revitalization Plan aimed to make the Bull’s Head  (Southwest Community) BOA area an attractive and prosperous neighborhood which would include opportunities for current and future residents and businesses.  

This next phase of the project is about visioning and planning in order to pursue possible funding and partnerships.  

City of Rochester - Project funded through the NYS Department of State’s Brownfield Opportunity Area Program.
