Bid to Renovate Tuttle North for Surge

LeChase Construction Services, LLC (an EEO Company) is seeking qualified and NYS certified MWBE & SDVOB vendors & subcontractors to bid the Renovate Tuttle Complex – Renovate Tuttle North for Surge.  This Single-Prime GC State University Construction Fund Project is at SUNY Brockport in Genessee County.

 

The work of this single bid project includes the partial renovation (63,509 GSF) of Tuttle North as permanent surge for specific athletic programs which will enable future renovations in Tuttle South. This project will add a new multipurpose turf field, renovate two existing gyms, and add new locker rooms and associated restrooms in Tuttle North. Update to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in the renovated areas are also included. Hazardous materials abatement is included in the work.


A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) has been adopted for this project. This agreement openly promotes bidding for all contractors - union and non-union. The awarded subcontractor (regardless of tier) must execute and abide by the terms of the project specific PLA.  MWBEs and SDVOBs are encouraged to read the PLA.

 

Project is Tax Exempt.

Project is Prevailing Wage with a PLA.

Project M/W/SDVOB goals: Minority (MBE) = 12%, Women (WBE) = 8%, Service-Disabled Veteran (SDVOB) = 6%

EEO Workforce Goals: 6% Minority Workforce & 3% Female Workforce
