REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS


I-490 Center City Interchange Operations Mobility Study


The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct I-490 Center City Interchange Operations Mobility Study. The purpose of this project is to reimagine the transportation network serving the Center City and South Wedge Neighborhoods, focusing on the I-490 mainline, ramp system, and the City of Rochester road network to the east of the Frederick Douglass Susan B. Anthony Bridge, by exploring options to reduce the transportation footprint and enhance transportation connections between adjacent neighborhoods.

 

Proposals are due on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
