Employee Engagement Surveys (Event # 291)
The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority ("RGRTA") is seeking a qualified vendor to design and implement an employee engagement survey program to measure employee engagement, attitudes, perceptions, and commitment level towards the organization, leadership, their roles, and the customers they serve.
Funding for the services being sought under this solicitation include New York State and RGRTA funds.
A thirty percent (30%) Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) goal and a six percent (6%) SDVOB goal has been applied to this Procurement Event.
Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
