Randy B. Henderson, Jr.

Randy is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He attended Duke University. His first business endeavor was an over-the-road trucking owner/ operator. He entered the automotive industry in 1982 and has held numerous positions in the industry including sales representative, Finance Manager, Used Car and New Car Manager, General Sales Manager and General Manager. In 1994 Randy became the owner of his first dealership in Marion, Ohio.

In 1998 Randy feels that God led him and his family to Rochester. He is President and CEO of Henderson Automotive Family, which includes Webster Chrysler Jeep, Inc., and Webster Ford Lincoln Mercury. His dealership team earned "Five Star" dealer status in 1998, becoming one of the first in the area and has maintained "Five Star" status since.

Randy sits on numerous local and national boards including The DaimlerChrysler Minority Dealers Association, Past President of the Rochester Black Business Association, and Vice Chair of Action for a Better Community, and is a mentor, speaker and advisor to several local schools. He is an active member of Church of Love Faith Center and within the local community. Randy and his wife, Marion, are parents to three children and grandparents to 5 grandchildren.
