Pastor Michael Vaughn

Michael Vaughn was born in Elmira, NY where he lived until moving to Rochester, NY to go to school at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). There he received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Masters of Science in Imaging Science from RIT. Along with serving as the Senior Pastor of New Wineskin Church, 493 Child Street, Rochester; he works as a Senior Image Scientist at ITT Industries, Space Systems Division.

Pastor Vaughn is a graduate of the Elim Bible College. He married the love of his life and his best friend, Sheila Stokes on May 4, 1991. Their union has produced five wonderful children, Caleb, Shekinah, Zoe, Zachary and Samuel.

Pastor Michael is also the host of the popular radio broadcast, "Time to Grow" that can be heard daily on 990AM. This broadcast has challenged the lives of many to find and walk out their purpose in the earth.

His belief is that everybody has purpose and he has the unique ability and calling to draw that purpose out. His messages are challenging and life changing and those that adhere to the teaching will see growth occur in their lives!
