LaRhonda Leonard

LaRhonda Leonard came to Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Rochester Region in 2004, bringing with her an accomplished background in project management and analytic experience, along with her extensive educational background. A proven problem solver, LaRhonda has a record of building relationships and effecting change within the organization. As a Portfolio Lead, in Information Technology, LaRhonda manages a team of Systems Analysts across New York State to design and support various provider applications within the health plan.

Ms. Leonard is an honored member in the Empire Who's Who for Executives and Professional. In 2005 she was member of the year for the National Black MBA Association where she is the Vice President of Communications. LaRhonda is a charter member of Toastmasters International. She is the Vice President of Publicity for the Project Management Institute in Rochester, New York.

LaRhonda has an extensive educational background starting with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a concentration in Mathematics from Clarkson University. She earned her MBA also from Clarkson University. She has continued her education and recently completed the American's Health Insurance Plans Minority Management Development Fellowship Program.

Ms. Leonard is a New York State Licensed Esthetician. LaRhonda has ample amounts of training including Six Sigma.

LaRhonda resides with her family in Webster, New York.
